shipping - 

All orders placed will be ready to ship within two business days, regardless of the shipping method. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be ready to ship within the next two working business days. Products are processed and shipped from Chantilly, Virginia, USA. 

You will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order. Tracking is included on all domestic orders and can take up to 24 hours to update.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders to the continental United States.

 

international shipping - We ship worldwide!

International + Canada shipping prices will be calculated at checkout according to your location. You pay for the shipping charges calculated via the shipping carrier and nothing more!

shipping delays -

You will receive a notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or cancelled and can be due to weather, holidays, and UPS/USPS delays that are beyond our control!

If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. 

 

local deliveries - 

Local delivery is always free and offered within a 10 mile radius from Chantilly, Virginia. All orders placed will be ready for delivery within two business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is on the way and/or delivered.
